Make no mistake, live entertainment is a crucial component of any wedding, often involving a drawn-out search for the perfect act which can last for well over a year. When selecting a wedding band, one of the main things people look for is an act guaranteed to get your guests up and dancing. Your search may well be at an end!

We understand the amount of time, effort and cost that goes into planning your special day, and we’d love you to consider choosing the Bath Blues Brothers to provide your guests with an evening to remember.

Our musicians have decades of experience playing at wedding reception venues of all shapes and sizes including banquet halls, barns, marquees and tepees. Whether its a venue we’ve performed at in the past, or one we haven’t played at before, we’ll aim to take the stress out of coordinating a band through liaising with your venue, making sure our needs are catered for and all necessary arrangements such as electrics, performance space and changing facilities have been made. You can be can be safe in the knowledge that we’ll do everything we can to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing both you and your guests to fully relax and enjoy your special day.

Please don’t feel that by choosing a tribute band such as the Bath Blues Brothers your wedding will turn into a themed party, unless of course you’d like it to! Our set is always carefully selected to appeal to everyone, whether your guests are big fans of the Blues Brothers or simply looking to have a great time. Our party section, usually in the second half of our set, contains well-known floor-fillers which have always proved extremely popular at weddings we’ve played at in the past.

The majority of couples looking to select a band for their reception will want to meet and hear the Bath Blues Brothers well in advance, to ensure we meet your expectations and are able to cater for your individual needs – after all each wedding is unique.

We have recorded a demo CD which we will be delighted to send to you for your consideration. We have audio samples and videos available on our Multimedia page and our album is also available to download in full from iTunes. Although we do perform at public events, the majority of our performances are at private functions, however we will always endeavour to arrange a convenient time to witness one of our gigs. Should you have particular requests for your wedding reception, such as a first dance, a surprise routine or even a guest singer we will always try and meet your needs wherever possible. We are able to provide background music through our sound system before and after we play, and can always plug in an MP3 player or arrange a playlist with you in advance. We are also experienced in coordinating with DJs, comedians and other entertainment on the day.
